Senior Account Manager | Permanent | Hatfield |£50-55k depending on background an OTE of up to £90k We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our clients Account Management team working in the Sales Department, you will play a pivotal role nurturing, cultivating and managing key client relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Our clients are a leading technology solutions provider specialising in Field Mobility, Data Capture and Industrial Automation solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise, our client caters to a diverse range of industries, including Aerospace, Retail, Warehouse and Logistics and Manufacturing. The Basics Salary is 50-55k with an OTE of up to 90k. Car allowance £6-7k Remote working with some travel Mon – Fri – 9:00am – 17:00pm Flexi-time available The Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers. Accurately maintain all internal systems (Salesforce, etc) Collaborate with internal teams, Business Development, Technical Support/Services, Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports on account activities, account performance, and customer feedback to your line manager. The Skills & Requirements: Proven track record in Account Management, preferably selling IT/Mobile Devices/Hardware. Demonstrated ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and account retention. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track leads, and report sales activities. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
