This might be one of the most exciting pricing roles in our business; our Telematics team is now one of the market leaders – and we're looking for someone to lead the pricing function.
You’ll be responsible for the Telematics pricing from start to finish, with full ownership for the price the customer sees.
You will have a mix of technical skills with a commercial mind – and above all, be a great leader.
Job Details
* Being a great leader, ability to think strategically and getting into the detail to unblock challenges are all critical to this role.
* Leading a team and empowering them to produce great results, creating a thinking space, allowing your team to explore new tools and being the key escalation point.
* You’ll be responsible for the recommendations we make to our underwriters on our risk modelling, our market pricing and ultimately the street price the customer sees – the outcomes of this role have the highest impact on our commercial and customer performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful and profitable business.
* Evidence in leading and motivating people.
* Experience interacting effectively with a wide variety of individuals, both technical and non-technical.
* Past or current programming language skills (This could be R, Python, SQL, Radar or any other coding-based programme – provided there is a willingness to learn).

Salary: Attractive salary based on experience + £6k car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year).
