Location: NFU Mutual Stirling, The Paddock, Stirling Agricultural Centre, FK9 4RN
Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Stirling Agency.
About the role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who would enjoy working as part of our team, providing the award-winning service NFU Mutual offers to new and existing clients.
In this office-based role you will be:
1. Speaking to customers to resolve queries, provide quotations and discuss our range of products and services.
2. Responding to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
3. Handling motor and household claims.
4. Processing and dispatching documents to a high standard.
5. Working with other members of the team, completing administrative tasks as required.
6. Pro-actively establish new sales opportunities.
7. Supported with a training plan to enable you to grow into this role.
About you
• You will demonstrate the drive required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing customers.
• Be a confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• A competent IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills is essential.
• Enjoy problem solving and working as part of a small team.
• Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy.
• Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required.
• Have the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly.
• A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent including Maths and English).
• The ability to learn new systems, products, processes and skills.
• A positive and can-do attitude is more important than previous experience.
