YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Programme Leadership and Transformation Director from a Consulting background to join the Workforce and Organisation (W&O) team. You will be part of the Programme and Change capability team engaging with a range of clients to help propose and deliver benefits through the full range of their programmes across our collective strengths in Consulting, Technology and Digital. Consultants in this role will be dynamic in their approach and able to manage change with personality, precision, and predictability to help realise measurable, positive business outcomes.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Shape and deliver large complex transformation programmes.
* Delivery oversight: building productive and lasting client relationships at senior leadership levels by identifying and discussing key issues with our clients, to identify potential opportunities.
* Business Development: lead the practice by setting strategy, driving the development of new business in the market, and providing advisory services across disciplines including business strategy, market growth strategy, lead go-to market initiatives and operational improvement.
* Brand and market eminence; being a visible business leader in the Consulting and Industry community, speaking at conferences, authoring thought leadership, participating in multi-client industry round tables.
* Track record of a strong and successful practice building and people development experience.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
* Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
* Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
* Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
* Aware of current AI and technology trends, and how best to use these to support clients.
* Proven leadership experience at a senior level.
* Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience of proposition building and delivery.
* Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director) /c.4m of consulting revenues (Vice President).
