We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with experience in Lettings Management. The candidate will have strong business acumen, be passionate, energetic, proactive, and forward-thinking with marketing/social media.
Whilst you will oversee the Sales, you will manage a portfolio of rental properties, keeping up to date with the changing legislations due this year.
We require a natural leader with proven sales and lettings skills to move the business forward, preferably with ALRA or equivalent qualification, who can think differently, help us stand out, and be innovative. You will be someone with a can-do, will-do approach to every challenge. We are a growing business, and we need the right person with the hunger to take it to the next level. We will provide you with all the tools and support you need to be a success; literally, the sky is the limit!
The role will be 40 hours per week with one in three Saturdays on a rota basis. You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence.
