About the role Start date: ASAP Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Manager Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week Salary: £25,000 - 27,000 p/a pro rata We provide short academic courses to motivated students from across the world and you will be instrumental to ensuring we deliver a consistently high-quality programme across all our sites in Cambridge. Main Duties Assist the Operations Manager develop and maintain excellent college and school relations Contribute to the planning and preparation of the course delivery programmes Take an active role in the recruitment of pastoral staff Maintain accurate system documentation and records Planning, organising and managing the social and cultural programme Manage the inventory of equipment and resources Maintain collaborative relations with all teams across the company During our core delivery period (June-August), be present at our sites to support the smooth delivery of our courses Essential: Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset, who can take initiative Diplomatic communicator who can give constructive feedback Highly personable with a strong team mentality and work ethic Highly organised, thorough and with great attention to detail – a pragmatic and can-do attitude will be vital An appreciation of uncompromising high standards and excellent quality Fast learner and a team player Great communication skills Able to work well with colleagues both in person and remotely Good technical proficiency Desirable Previous experience at a summer school or other short course involving international students, ideally in an operations role Project management experience Familiarity with Cambridge Proficiency with Salesforce or similar What is in it for you: Training and professional development 25 days annual leave (pro rata) Flexible and hybrid working within the operational needs of the role Excellent team culture Application Details Deadline: ASAP application form.
