Quality of Engineering
As the Lead Engineer / Workshop Manager / Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the production and design of control panels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. You will manage a skilled team of panel wirers and engineers, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Manage and lead a team of panel wirers, ensuring high-quality output.
Plan and schedule workloads to meet customer deadlines and project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and training to the team as needed.
Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in a similar role within panel wiring, electrical manufacturing, or control panel production.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with control panel wiring and electrical assembly.
Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring regulations, and industry standards.
