About the Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent presentation skills, and strong communication abilities. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of our team’s sales and recruitment processes. This position has sponsorship from our CEO & Founder, and provides exposure to C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Recruitment Support: Provide admin and data analytics support for both recruitment and sales teams. Assist in aligning internal meetings and coordinating recruitment and sales weekly pipeline calls.
2. CRM & Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date repository of resumes in our CRM system (Salesforce) and internal database by uploading original and formatted CVs to candidate profiles. Support coding processes within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
3. Resume Formatting: Ensure proper formatting and presentation of employees' and contractors' CVs before submission to clients, using AI platforms where applicable. Reject CVs if required codes are not provided.
4. Tracking & Governance: Monitor formatting requests, track the last update dates for permanent employees' CVs, and enforce Salesforce governance standards.
5. Prioritisation: Manage and prioritise CV formatting requests based on urgency and business needs.
6. Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to resume templates and formatting processes to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies ideally in a business-oriented or administrative subject.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent attention to detail and written English (Essential).
4. Ability to work independently, multitask, and learn quickly.
5. Strong organisational and time management skills. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
