Where you fit in: As Academy Hub Co-ordinator you are responsible for the accurate administration and coordination of all academy training programmes, interventions and deliverables. As our Academy Hub Co-ordintor you will - Provide robust, accurate administration and logistical support for all academy learning interventions and activities Ensure accurate delivery of academy administration processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the annual Academy delivery programme. Be responsible for the end to end administration support for the ‘learner experience’, learning materials, external sourcing and procurement, accurate learning records and other Academy documentation. Provide hosting/programme support for learning development programme delivery on location, including the preparation of learning materials, interface with catering providers for break timings and refreshments, coordination of learners where appropriate Ensure joining instructions, pre and post work assessments are followed through for each learning intervention as appropriate Maintain accurate records using the Learning Management System for all health & safety, mandatory and compliance development, managing robust processes in place for refreshers, licence renewal and accreditation Support the management of preferred training providers by ensuring all activity is monitored and meets agreed standards Create management information by analysing complex data and present this in meaningful reports and presentations to enable decisions to be made What skills & qualifications you will need: Experience of Learning and Development operating processes and procedures Experience of dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Excellent time management skills – able to deal with a number of priorities at once and meet various tight deadlines. Good organisation skills with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work under pressure and use own initiative. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Excellent standards of customer service.
