Job Role: Chef / Cook Temporary
Location: HU17, Beverley
Hours: Tuesday - Thursday (8am - 2pm), Saturday - Sunday (8am - 3pm)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Description:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum Level 2 qualification in cooking. The ideal candidate will have an up-to-date DBS check.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and cooking nutritious and delicious meals three times a day, as well as snacks and beverages throughout the day.
2. Ensuring that all residents' special dietary requirements are considered, including food intolerances, personal choices, and health conditions such as dysphagia.
3. Collaborating with team members to ensure all necessary information is captured and processed.
4. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and adhering to food safety regulations.
5. Working closely with the catering manager and other staff to ensure high-quality food service.

2. Nutritional knowledge.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous experience as a Senior Chef (preferable).
