We seek a proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Staffordshire. In this vital role, you will develop and manage sales opportunities within assigned accounts. Your goal will be to exceed targets through strategic planning and effective relationship building.
***Key Responsibilities:***
- Craft and execute a robust territory plan.
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Achieve sales targets that are in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop detailed account plans and spearhead sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our Solutions and Services, Products, Market trends, and Competitors.
- Proactively prospect new projects and manage existing client relationships.
- Ensure all sales activities are recorded in our CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other internal teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide timely sales forecasts and precise reporting.
***What We Need from You:***
- At least 5 years of experience in end-user sales, preferably in IT solution sales.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of business processes and excellent analytical skills.
