Our client is a leading expert undergoing a great amount of growth, seeking a temporary customer service agent to support them during a busy period with the view of becoming permanent.
Job Description
Customer Interaction:
3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.
4. Address and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
5. Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and order status.
Internal Coordination:
6. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
7. Coordinate with the Operations & Logistics teams to track orders and manage delivery timelines.
Administrative Support:
8. Follow-up on outstanding customer issues where required.
9. Track sales and product inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate team members to take necessary actions.
Team Collaboration:
10. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
11. Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
12. Experience in coordinating with multiple departments is highly desirable.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
14. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
16. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
