If you have a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you What you’ll be doing: Leading and coordinating multiple construction teams across various sites, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. Identifying and assessing potential properties for HMO conversion opportunities. Conducting property viewings and producing detailed inspection reports on conversion potential. Developing capital expenditure proposals, including cost breakdowns and timelines. Monitoring and optimising project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any delays or issues. Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and HMO licensing requirements. Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Providing regular project status reports and updates to senior management. What you’ll bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction operations management, ideally within the construction or housing sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with experience managing foremen and site teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
