You’ll be guiding new and returning customers through the sales process, consulting them throughout
in order to build the most accurate and well-informed briefs for their experiences. Our destination coordinators will then transform briefs to purchasable experiences, at which point you will progress each lead to deal stage.
Building relationships with prospects and customers will be a key part of your work, with the aim of
deepening our understanding of customer interests and needs. You’ll pass off the fulfilment of travel
experiences to our operations and guest experience teams before re-engaging with the customers
to bring them back into the funnel for a new trip.
Candidates should have work experience in sales, business development or relationship management.
Exposure to international golf travel, whether professional or personal, is required. A commercial and
creative approach plus great communication skills both in person and digitally are expected, as is the
desire to learn, develop and make a genuine contribution to a growing team.
Applicants should send an up-to-date CV to: careers@golftraveller.com
Please note we do not provide sponsorships to those who require it and will only accept applications from those who have full rights to work in the UK and IDLR status.
