My Birmingham headquartered client, a key provider of transportation solutions, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator.
As Service Delivery Coordinator, reporting to the Service Manager, you will:
* Assist in the coordination and scheduling of operations, ensuring resources and staff are allocated effectively to meet service demands.
* Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure processes run smoothly across different departments.
* Monitor ongoing services and address any operational issues that arise, working with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.
* Maintain accurate records of operational activities, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for reporting purposes.
* Assist in coordinating team meetings, training sessions, and other operational events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
The most suitable applicant for this Service Delivery Coordinator role will:
* Hold demonstrable experience of workforce planning and deployment from any industry.
* Have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Be able to use MS Office and have experience using operational management software.
Up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits.
