Key Responsibilities
* Illuminate Learning Paths : Identify practice and learning needs across teams and services. Your insights will guide practitioners toward brilliance.

* Collaborate Fearlessly : Work alongside Team Managers and Operational Leads. Together, we’ll create a symphony of success.
* Nurture New Talent : Assess and mentor Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW). Your guidance will shape their journey.
* Craft Learning Experiences : Co-lead engaging support sessions for social workers and practitioners. Your impact will ripple through the service.
* Fuel Apprenticeship Success : Support apprentices on the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship program. Their growth is your legacy.

Salary and Benefits
