Key responsibilities
• Drive sales and grow business profitability both reactively and proactively to deliver set targets across both corporate and private events
• Exceptional level of customer service, exceeding client expectations
• Account manage a portfolio of clients and venues
• Produce detailed quotations and creative proposals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensure CRM system is updated regularly
• Carry out site visits with client and venue manager
• Plan and deliver client tastings
• Liaise with Head Chef on creative briefs and bespoke menu requests
• Act as client liaison on site at events, communicating between operations team, client and venue
• Post event debrief
