The key purpose of the Business Development Manager role is to drive forward the Hospitality Sales Department in generating revenue through inbound and outbound sales to deliver our Seasonal Hospitality revenues each season. You will be targeted on selling high value products to our domestic and international client base; it would be highly beneficial to have experience in this field.
1. Build and maintain a pipeline of current and new customers to achieve targets.
2. Accurate reporting of Pipeline.
3. Meet KPI’s which include face to face meetings and hosting prospects on Matchdays.
4. Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and database management.
5. Create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities.

1. 3-5 years Sales experience of selling High value products.
