We’re partnering with an innovative organisation in the Teesside region to find a proactive IT Support Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing a talented support team operating across the UK, Norway, and Denmark.
In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise systems while mentoring a diverse team of professionals, including apprentices and graduates. If you thrive on problem-solving, team leadership, and delivering exceptional IT support services, we want to hear from you!

Your Background:
* Experience: 5+ years in IT support, with at least 2 years managing a support desk or team.
* Expertise: Knowledge of enterprise systems, ITIL frameworks, and IT support tools.
* Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
* Desirable: ITIL certification or equivalent, Dynamics 365 experience.
