My client, a Global Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join their established HR function.
Salary - approx. £40k-£50k
Duties will include:
* Looking after Employee Relations work, both basic and complex and guiding managers on approach to ER within their teams.
* Working with selected areas of the business to give generalist HR advice and guidance.
* Working on a variety of HR projects, such as D&I and annual pay reviews.
* Dealing with performance management issues.
* Working closely with the internal recruitment team to establish business cases for recruitment needs and assist through to offers of employment.
The Senior Human Resources Officer will need to be an experienced HR generalist with knowledge knowledge of working in a Business Partnering environment, and must be able to manage multiple HR duties at once.
They will also be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills. Experience of working in a similar environment or professional service is essential.
