We are HMGCC, His Majesty's Government Communications Centre, the engineering specialists at the heart of the UK’s national security. If you’ve got the skills we’re looking for, you’ll find a place in our diverse team.
Your role
There’s incredible variety to our projects at HMGCC. Always a new challenge to test your skills, with plenty of opportunities to find innovative solutions. Joining a highly skilled team, in a state-of-the-art facility, you’ll help us deliver unique and complex Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). What you need
You'll build on your experience in a manufacturing or digital imaging environment to learn more about PCB manufacture. This means you’ll know how to follow detailed processes with quality in mind and have an awareness of COSHH and health and safety. Above all, you’ll be keen to develop and eager to learn within a team that’s both collaborative and supportive.
What we offer
We’re dedicated to helping our colleagues grow, so you’ll learn on the job – working on a variety of projects – surrounded by a team of experts who’ll support you along the way. You’ll also be encouraged to develop continually. Plus, you’ll be part of a welcoming, inclusive environment where people from all kinds of backgrounds – with different lived experiences and perspectives – come together. As well as a range of sports and social societies for you to meet new people, we have a number of affinity groups including disability, LGBTQIA+ and ethnic minority networks. It’s all to help you feel comfortable bringing your whole self to work. And we provide excellent on-site facilities, including free parking, a free 24-hour gym, and a nursery.
