Your Role as a KS2 HLTA:
* Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons during PPA cover and short-term teacher absence, primarily in Key Stage 2.
* Plan and run targeted intervention sessions for individuals and small groups to support academic progress.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to tailor support for a variety of learning needs.
* Take part in lunchtime duties and contribute to the wider life of the school.
* Be flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic in supporting pupils' academic and social development.
The ideal candidate will have solid classroom experience and be looking to progress further in their career within education. This is a perfect stepping stone for aspiring teachers or experienced support staff wanting a new challenge.
