Job Description
* Lead and manage financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Develop comprehensive audit programs and risk assessments.
* Manage a team of auditors, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
* Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
* Coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
* Develop and implement improvements to existing audit processes.
* Ensure all audit records are accurately maintained and up to date.
* Participate in strategic business decisions and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Audit Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA).
* Proven experience in a senior audit role within the professional services industry.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
* Excellent management and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
