Receptionist and MIS Administrator Hours: 31.45 hours per week / 52 weeks per year Working pattern: 5 days per week. Friday 8am-4:45pm. 8am start 2 other days per week. We’re looking for a Receptionist & MIS Administrator to bring efficiency and professionalism to our team We are excited to offer this proactive and detail-oriented opportunity for an organised, resourceful and collaborative Receptionist and MIS Administrator to join our team. You will: • Answer telephone calls and deal with enquires at Reception. • Deal with payments in person over the telephone and issue petty cash. • Monitor the attendance line and record messages on REMS. Forward information as appropriate. • Providing assistance to students and visitors with queries, signposting as required. • Manage the post and recorded deliveries. • Provide assistance for those using the College entry systems.
