What can you expect?
* Manage and oversee the full life cycle of commercial leases using Qube PM, from initial setup to completion.
* Collaborate closely with property and estate management teams to set up and manage annual service charge budgets and accounting.
* Regularly review and refine processes and procedures to ensure best practices, working with the Qube PM administrator.
* Support the Facilities Manager in negotiating contracts during the budget-setting process.
* Issue tenant demands for rent, service charges, and additional fees, while overseeing credit control and arrears reporting.
* Handle tenant payment processing and approvals, while ensuring effective communication with tenants and internal teams.
* Conduct bank reconciliations for Client Account funds and coordinate with auditors during the annual review.
* Ensure journal entries and reconciliations between Qube PM and Access Dimensions are completed accurately.
* Lead the service charge budgeting and forecasting, coordinating closely with auditors for the annual audit.
* Assist in the production and distribution of monthly Commercial Asset Reports, along with general administrative duties.
What skills/attributes can you bring?
* At least 3 years experience within a Client/Property Accounting role.
* In depth knowledge of Qube and Excel.
* Solid service charge accounting experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
