Our client is one of the leading Logistic suppliers in the IT industry and has a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Logistics Administrator:
* Daily inspections of incoming materials, equipment, and deliveries that are due into the warehouse.
* Coordinating outbound shipments and providing quotes for freight.
* Dealing with inbound deliveries in the warehouse.
* Responsible for the movement of warehouse inventory as per company guidelines.
* Responsible for allocating, locating, and controlling warehouse inventory, along with working alongside the warehouse team.
* This role is 70% admin and 30% warehouse work.
The ideal candidate should adhere to the following:
* Ability to operate Microsoft applications and other administrative software.
* Have previous experience in administration.
* Be presentable, professional, and able to communicate with others.
* Have the ability to detect problems and report information to the appropriate personnel.
* Knowledge of organisational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
* Ability to analyse and solve problems.
* Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
* Work at a fast pace and with others.
Salary:
Up to £25,000

Monday to Friday
Hours:
09:00 - 17:00
