Responsibilities
1. Conducting weekly onboardings, being the point of contact for new hires, answering their questions, performing check-ins, troubleshooting.
2. Optimization and maintenance of training resources; including LMS, videos, articles, guides, and infographics amongst others.
3. Optimization, maintenance, and management of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to training across the company or HR department.
4. Designing Department Trainings and operational trainings.
5. Designing and Conducting HR, Wellness, and continuous education trainings.
6. Gathering feedback on the General Training program and specific sessions within it to create performance reports.
7. Assist the Training Manager (Head of L&D) in any and all tasks related to the HR or Training department.
8. Accountable for monitoring new hire’s progress through training programs.
9. Perform other duties related to the Training program, HR, and maintaining the overall positive REPS & Co. culture and Core Values.
Qualifications
1. University degree, or equivalent in years of experience and training is needed.
2. Masters in Education, Training, L&D, Wellness, or similar is preferred.
3. Teaching or training experience is needed, 2-3 years preferred.
4. Fluent in English; must have exceptional written and verbal communication.
5. Has experience using LMS systems.
6. Knowledge of learning strategies.
7. Knowledge of Training reports and KPIs.
8. Positive attitude; 'wow' factor needed, able to energize an audience easily.
9. Experience working with virtual teams is a plus.
10. A motivated self-starter.
11. Tech-savvy.
12. Systems and process-oriented; organized.
13. Naturally collaborative: will be working on a small team that works with many other teams throughout the organization.
14. Comfortable working virtually with remote teams.
15. Comfortable working with fluctuating levels of work.
16. Passionate about teaching; wants others to be successful.
17. Comfortable talking to small or big groups of multiple backgrounds and age groups.
18. Thrives in an environment of constant change and growth.
