Job summary
The Digita and Data Dept are looking to recruit a highly motivated Asset and Contracts Clerk on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn how the Digital and Data dept works within Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust. You will be part of a hard working and dedicated team, responsible for providing access to many technical and clinical systems used by the trust. If you are looking to start a career in systems or data administration, then this is the role for you.
The successful candidate will be focussed and have an analytical approach to ensure that accounts / licences and permissions are granted to a varied group of staff employed by the trust. High levels of concentration and communication are essential to ensure accuracy at all times.
Main duties of the job
You will be part of the Asset Management team based within digital and data services, working alongside hard working colleagues in this demanding role. You will gain an insight into many areas of Information Technology that could highlight a new career path.
About us
1. To provide a comprehensive high quality administration service to the Asset Management Team
2. To actively support all business processes relating to smartphones across the Trust including ID checking
3. To support, create and amend system accounts for a variety of electronic Trust systems. This will additionally include the processing of student, temporary and medical staff bulk account requests and the issuing of desktop licenses
4. To support the distribution and management of virtual smartcards within the organisation
