* Oversee and manage the overall credit control process
* Lead and develop the credit control team
* Implement credit control policies and procedures
* Analyse customer credit risk
* Liaise with customers regarding late payments
* Produce monthly reports and forecasts
* Work closely with other departments to improve processes and cash flow
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
