Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional service to customers in the branch to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service.
2. Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
3. Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van.
4. Mixing paint for customers, processing specialist orders, and requesting special stock within the Branch network.
5. Building relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service.
6. Keeping our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards.
7. Promoting seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
8. Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store.
Who We Are Looking For:
1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
2. Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues.
3. Enjoys working and supporting a team but can be relied upon to work independently.
4. Familiar with the surrounding area.
5. Full clean manual driving licence.
6. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
7. Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.
