Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37 hours per week)
Rate of Pay : £12.59 per hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin Officer to join our team in Belfast City Centre. This role is for a fixed period of up to 6 months with an immediate start. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling key tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Main Duties :
1. Completing mailbox duties and managing correspondence.
2. Handling applicant contacts and processing applications in accordance with procedures.
3. Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
4. Managing general office duties, including responding to administrative enquiries from applicants, legal representatives, and external organisations.
5. Carrying out tasks as requested by management.
6. Attending meetings and providing statistics when required.
Essential Criteria :
7. 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, graded A to C, or a Level 2 equivalent (evidence required).
8. The successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
