Job title: Digital Support Apprentice
Reports to:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,308 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Deal with inbound and outbound customer enquiries
* Handle and resolve customer enquiries or signpost to the correct team
* Check ID documents
* Review video footage of ANPR cameras
* Decide whether a contravention has taken place
* Negotiate and set payment plans
Required skills:
* Good interpersonal skills
* Positive and self-motivated
* Able to work as part of a team and on own
