This role will also oversee 2 other locations in England. Reporting into the MD and liaising with external Company Accountant Key Responsibilities: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and maintaining financial project reports. Analyse costs and develop cost-saving strategies. Manage accounts payable and receivable for each project, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments. Analysing all project expenses and providing commentary. Looking after project contracts to ensure the financial terms are adhered to. Working closely with the admin team and Contracts Managers in order to develop processes and the understanding of financial requirements. Ensuring financial reporting across business is accurate Experience: Proven experience in financial management within the project accounting field. Knowledge of using accounting software Xero is preferable Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant qualification in finance or accounting.
