GSL Education is on the lookout for enthusiastic Casual Supply Teachers to join the renowned educational community and schools in Christchurch, starting in October 2024.
With competitive pay rates ranging from £120 to £150 per day, your skills and experience as a Casual Supply Teacher will be recognised and rewarded.
In this role, as a Casual Supply Teacher, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to various schools in the area. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons by the national curriculum, ensuring a positive learning environment for students. This will include planning and preparing lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and assessing student progress so that you can communicate back to the class teacher. You may have to adapt your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND, autism, ADHD or behavioural needs.
For this role, the candidate needs to hold:
* QTS or PGCE.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and key stage requirements
* Experience supporting students with SEND needs is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
