Meraki Talent’s well-established commercial client is actively looking for an Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS) to work within this growing commercial team. The Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS) will provide guidance regarding DRAMS to the Ops and Stocks teams, ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role would suit someone with experience working with an IMS system who is looking for a new challenge, more breadth and ownership in a growing team, or someone working within a Distillery/Warehouse Ops, Finance, Supply Chain or Tech capacity who has experience using DRAMS (or similar) and wants to take their career in a new direction, in a technically and data-focused role.
Responsibilities of the Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS):
1. Facilitate the delivery of DRAMS system changes, including designing testing of changes and developing process docs.
2. Design and deliver training to new users.
3. Maintain integrity of the DRAMS system.
4. Maintain records for all stock warehoused.
Background of the Inventory Management System Analyst (DRAMS):
1. Experience working with an established Inventory Management System is essential.
2. Experience using DRAMS is highly preferable.
3. Experience working within a systems, finance, supply chain, or warehouse/distillery operations capacity is essential.
4. Technically curious.
