Job Description
I am currently working with a leading Salesforce organisation dedicated to delivering solutions to their customers. They are now looking for a Salesforce Manager to join their team to drive the Salesforce platform to the next level.
As a Salesforce Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and define the Salesforce platform. You will work with different stakeholders from various departments to understand the business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver the solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with various business goals.
2. Lead a team of Salesforce professionals on day-to-day responsibilities.
3. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on product development progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project timelines.
4. Facilitate product demos, UAT sessions, and stakeholder feedback loops.
5. Analyse product usage and performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance the platform’s effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or other Salesforce products.
3. Proven track record of managing complex software development projects from conception to launch.
4. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
