Facilities Receptionist/Coordinator
Location: Basingstoke
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: 24/02/2025
Pay Rate: £14.43ph PAYE
Our client, one of the largest FM providers in the UK, is currently recruiting for a Facilities Receptionist/Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis at one of their client sites in Basingstoke.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - 7:30am - 4:30pm
Duties:
1. Front of House Duties
2. Facilitate the delivery of all FM related services within your area while ensuring customer requirements are met and anticipated.
3. Support Account Manager
4. Responsible for all compliance documentation
5. Full ownership of post/mail
6. Building walk round/checks
7. Meeting Room and Stationery Management
8. Administration Support
9. Logging, facilitating, and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
10. Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager, and report actual and suspected security incidents
Experience/Skills:
1. Confident communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
3. Computer literate
4. Self-motivated
5. No criminal record due to site security requirements
