With a secure mindset, you will\nhelp provide strong and resilient business solutions that safeguard our\nbusiness and customers from security threats.\n\nThe role will have end-to-end accountabilities including the following:\n\n * The role will require you to be ‘hands-on,’ to collaborate with peers to ensure that security is incorporated into all aspects of our deliveries\n\n * The goal is to allow projects onboarded on our AWS Cloud Native Environment to safely go faster, and support them with a customer centric approach\n\n * Contributing to team and platform maturity with recommendations, ideas, and improvements\n\n * Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, including well developed influencing and communication skills\n\n * Balancing the needs of the business and security with a risk-based approach to ensure that we are compliant from a policy and governance perspective\n\n * Accountability for writing and maintaining security controls within an AWS multi-account environment, with a focus on SaaS connectivity to third parties\n\nWhy Lloyds Banking Group\n\nWe’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping\nfinance for good. \n\nWhat you’ll need\n\n * Demonstrable experience working with Amazon Web Services\n\n * Technical and practical real-world experience of information security is a desirable trait, even if no previous role was formally in security\n\n * Technical experience working with variety of technologies, with a focus on automation and ideally DevOpsDevSecOps e.g. Jenkins, GitHub, CICD, continuous Cloud compliance enforcement, guardrail & control definition, Terraform, AWS DevOps – the list is purely indicative\n\n * Roles in large enterpriseregulated industry\n\n * Experience of compliance assurance activity against bank policy and standards within a governance framework\n\n * Providing guidance and input for security designs being delivered by partners\n\nAbout working for us \nOur focus is to ensure were inclusive every day, building an organisation\nthat reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
