We’re Hiring a Marketing Manager
Mount St Mary’s College and Barlborough Hall Prep School are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our exceptional schools. This is a unique opportunity to work across two thriving schools, shaping their public presence and engaging with communities locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance visibility and enrolment.
2. Oversee and manage all social media channels, ensuring impactful and consistent messaging.
3. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
4. Lead the promotion of school events, open days, and key milestones.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with media outlets.
6. Regular international travel to represent our schools on the global stage, building partnerships and promoting our brand.
7. Reporting directly to the Director of Admissions while collaborating with senior managers across both schools.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to bring fresh and new ideas.
4. Previous experience as Marketing Manager or similar role.
5. Exceptional organisation and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and keep them on schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
