DIWC is looking for a Team Leader.

Main purpose:
To inspire and lead a talented project team of 8 staff members, offering day-to-day guidance, motivation, and support while maintaining clear, accurate records of all supervision and appraisals. To review our Violence Against Women provision to enhance our services, helping more women make informed choices about their futures while ensuring they receive the support they need.
Main Duties:
1. Team leadership and management
2. Operational support and evaluation
3. Strategic contribution
4. Community and service development
5. General duties supporting the centre and its staff
Hours of Work and Salary
6. 20 hours per week, on site
7. £19, per annum (based on a 20-hour work-week)
