Position: Fully Qualified Teacher

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Fully Qualified Teacher to fill a part-time role in one of our primary schools in Chigwell. This is a job share, which will be three days a week for a Year 5/6 class (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) and candidates will have experience/be comfortable with SEN pupils.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons liaising with the other teacher.
* Monitor and support the progress and development of pupils.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively in line with school policies.
* Work collaboratively with other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
* Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
Minimum Requirements:
* UK-recognized teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
* Proven classroom teaching experience.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to education.
* DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
