About The Role
The aim of the role is to help produce guidance documentation for use by all offices. It also ensures compliance with Brand and works closely with a Design Manager, supporting with feasibilities for land acquisition.
The post could be based from our offices at Bedford, Solihull, Bury St Edmunds or Exeter.
Duties include:
* Working towards an urban design masterplan project
* Research into relevant technical urban design and planning issues
* Using InDesign and Illustrator to produce brochures and documents
* Creating portfolios of design work
* Preparing testing layouts, plans and drawings, together with design documents
* Supporting regional offices and developing stakeholder relationships
About You
* Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent
* Excellent design skills with an ability to resolve diverse technical requirements
* Superb presentation skills across a range of audiences
* Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
