We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our leadership team as Assistant Principal.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated leader to make a significant impact on our school community. As Assistant Principal, you will have the responsibility for either the development of teaching and learning, or the management of behaviour and attendance. You will play a crucial role in school leadership, actively participating in all areas of school improvement and strategic discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop strategies to enhance either teaching and learning or behaviour and attendance across the school.
* Participate actively in school leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.
* Model exemplary leadership qualities and behaviours, setting high standards for staff and students.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership team and wider school community to drive school improvement.
* Demonstrate flexibility, commitment, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
* Foster a supportive and positive school culture, promoting the well-being and success of all students.
* Engage with staff, students, and parents to build strong relationships and ensure a cohesive school community.
