Flexibility is important plus the ability to work well in a small, friendly team. A person-centred approach is key, and ongoing training will be provided.
Musical and creative interests are helpful along with a willingness to learn about simple therapeutic approaches. Good attention to detail is also vital for this role.
Two part-time posts available: 25 hours per week and 16 hours per week. Applications are welcome for both posts.
Shifts are 24 hours, which include a paid sleepover. There is also a paid-on call which all staff will partake in.
