Making A Difference as an Administration Assistant in Regulatory Services We are looking to recruit a proactive and experienced Administration Assistant with excellent attention to detail to join our dedicated Regulatory Services Team. The postholder will have a key role in providing support to enable the delivery of our services to the residents and businesses of St. Helens. This role will involve providing all aspects of administrative support across Regulatory Services including Environmental Health, Trading Standards and the Licensing and Land Charges Team, and on occasion, Bereavement Services. The post holder will have the ability to multitask, good ICT skills, and good verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, the public and other agencies, and have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential Information. They will also be able to work flexibly, and as part of a team, providing an organised and systematic approach to working. The successful candidate will have a qualification NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration.
