Job summary PLEASE NOTE; The start date for this post will be no earlier than June 2025 The A&E Department is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Secretary to provide a comprehensive, accurate and confidential support service to the A&E team at Lincoln County Hospital. This is a job share working 15 hours a week on a Tuesday and a Friday. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, English Language GCSE Grade C minimum (or equivalent) and be a competent user of Microsoft Word & Excel. Candidates must also have audio typing to RSA III or equivalent experience. Main duties of the job As a minimum, the post holder will have had experience in working in a busy office environment, an ability to use their own initiative and prioritise work to achieve deadlines. Recent experience of the NHS, medical terminology and knowledge of Careflowwould be an advantage.
