We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare teams across prisons in Northern Ireland.

Your Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day healthcare, including health assessments, medication administration, and care coordination for those in custody.
* Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage chronic conditions, ensuring inmates have appropriate care and medication.
* Deliver health education, health promotion, and disease prevention services to promote well-being.
* Maintain accurate medical records in line with healthcare regulations and prison policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Registered Nurse (RN): Must hold a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
* Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in mental health, general nursing, or emergency care. Correctional healthcare experience is beneficial, but not essential.
* Skills: Strong clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Resilience & Compassion: Ability to work in challenging environments with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and emotional resilience.
