As a Mobile Van Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert service and repairs to a fleet of vans, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer satisfaction. The position also offers opportunities to upskill and develop your career by transitioning into HGV maintenance, supported by comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repair of vans at client sites or roadside. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults. Perform MOT preparation, inspections, and any required adjustments. Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using company systems. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and company van to a high standard.Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or similar). Proven experience working on vans or light commercial vehicles. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable: Previous experience with HGVs or a desire to upskill into HGV maintenance.
