Part-Time Payroll Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000 Full Time Equivalent
Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a large manufacturing client in the Hull area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Working for an established business and on a part time basis, the client is looking for someone to work between 16 and 20 hours a week.
Reporting into the payroll manager you will be responsible for processing a weekly and monthly payroll as part of a finance department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Running Payroll
2. Resolving and spotting errors
3. Running the payroll weekly & monthly and ensuring all processes are correct
4. Deductions - Tax/NI
5. Autoenrollment
6. Queries
7. Processing SSP/SMP/SPP
8. Manual calculations
9. Strong Excel skills are crucial
