Job Title: Gym Manager at Everlast Gyms
This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. The role involves leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to OWN IT. The manager is accountable for various KPIs and is responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and developing an elevated team capable of achieving these KPIs consistently.

Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
* Drive revenue from membership sales and product sales, focusing on overall profitability
* Manage controllable costs effectively
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Ensure delivery of core processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE at the highest standards
* Promote national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
* Maintain high standards in daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes
* Provide honest and constructive feedback to support team development
* React resiliently and find solutions to challenging situations
* Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Minimum Requirements
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* At least 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management styles
* Positive, solutions-driven mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
* Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
* Flexibility to work hours including weekends and Bank Holidays as needed
